Terms and Conditions

1. Power Pit Application Form
We will complete a power pit application form on your behalf as per the requirements of the local electrical authority. We will use our reasonable efforts to complete the application form accurately and to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, we cannot guarantee the approval of the application, as this is subject to the discretion of the local electrical authority.

2. Authorization
By submitting the power pit application form to us, you hereby authorize us to act as your agent in submitting the application to the local electrical authority. You agree to provide us with all necessary information and documentation to complete the application form accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Fees

Our fees for completing the power pit application form are separate from any fees charged by the energy company for processing the application. Our service fees will be as agreed upon with you prior to the submission of the application and will be due upon receipt of the invoice. If the application is rejected and has to be resubmitted, any additional fees charged by the energy company will be the responsibility of the client.

4. Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from our completion of the power pit application form on your behalf, including but not limited to any delays, errors, or omissions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to our completion of the application form.

5. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information and documentation provided by you in connection with the completion of the power pit application form. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert state/country]. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in this Agreement.

7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the completion of the power pit application form and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting the power pit application form to us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
